Resposabilities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment and selection processes for local positions classified as GG13 or below.
- Complete hiring process in our HR System according to authorized headcount specifications and local processes as local law demands.
- Create the new employee file and deliver to Compensation area.
- Ensure uplines request of users, access to systems, equipment to be used by the employee and the announcement of the hiring in Viva Engage system.
- New hire orientation
- Responsible of the first day of orientation.
- Provide organizational information to get into the office according to check list.
- Review local benefit package and complete necessary paperwork, if needed.
- Complete the process to gift the” New hire Kit” the first Labor Day.
- Support for the quarterly HR onboarding process, upon request
- Work on specific learning and development activities assigned.
- Request and follow up of training plans for new employees, promotions, or lateral movements.
- Complete evaluation process for new employees after 30- and 90-days of hiring.
- HR systems consultant for performance evaluation and Employee Central.
- Performance management process consultant.
- Follow up of specific training or assignments to be completed by employees or uplines.
- Support updating job descriptions, if needed.

- Local consultant: support employees to understand and have a better experience with all local benefits.
- Key contact with local benefits providers to find solutions and give the best service to employees.
- Life and Medical Insurance policies annual negotiations.
- Coordinate annual medical checkups for local employees.

- Employee events planner
- Organizational Culture:
- Team creation of HR Plan and execute activities.
- Follow up of assigned Engagement Plans
- DE & I: Local implementation of corporate programs according to HR strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial engineering, Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years working in similar positions
- English (Intermediate / Advance)
