  • Durable product & brand marketer develops short-mid term product and solution strategy, plans new product launching and supports product & brand communication activities
  • Actively manage durable products and maximize impact of product launches and communication activities to achieve and exceed annual sales and profitability of product portfolio
  • Propose and develop durable new business opportunity based on market competition& consumer demand analysis
  • Develop and execute brand positioning / claims to effectively compete in the market
  • Execute Integrated marketing communication to support the product, including : Advertisement, all types of available media, promotion packaging, PR, online/offline events, and business tools
  • Manage extensive collaboration with cross-functional areas including R&D, Sales, Training, Customer Service, Digital, Planning and Operation.



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2~7 years of experiences in durable category related field or marker experience
  • Strong strategic mindset & analysis skill
  • Strong skill in public presentation & MS Power point and proficient skill in Excel
  • Fluent in English conversation, reading, and writing skills is preferred for communication with HQ, and other businesses.
  • Strong human relations and interpersonal communication skill
  • Strong oral and written communications skills with internal and external customers
