Brand Development
- Support Marketing Manager in leading brand development, identify & analyze H&W product portfolio opportunities to drive business and customer growth
- Develop & execute compelling marketing initiatives, programs and experiences to target audience; introduce tools to support growth of ABO business, innovative ways that allow consumers to connect to Amway brands and customer acquisition
- Lead/ localize content development, marketing tools & communication materials to support products launches & campaigns
- Collaborative working with marketing and cross functional team to drive brand development initiatives
- Partner with ABO for ideation and development of marketing tools and contents that support business growth and retailing
- Market intelligence to identifying trends, insights and competitor’s activities to understand consumer’s behavior and purchasing trend
- Identify and network with prospective partners and drive collaborations
- Supporting product and nutrition queries
Training
- Responsible for Health & Wellness training related activities e.g. identifying ABO needs, planning, coordinating, facilitate, leading etc for Singapore
- Develop training content to support H&W products & marketing campaigns (online/offline)
- Identify ABO’s training needs through research, and communication with internal stake holders to develop/localize training content that impact ABOs knowledge, attitude and skills.
- Plan, coordinate, communicate and lead scheduled trainings and prepare materials to ensure adequacy, completeness inclusive modules, and workbook and workshop materials.
- Identify and propose suitable platform and methods to train ABOs to increase the effectiveness.
- Conduct “Train-The-Trainer” sessions to ABO contract trainers when applicable to ensure alignment and understanding on the content and audit contract trainers training performance periodically.
- Provides insight on how to improve future training after implementation of workshop through observation, data/success metrics, reports and continuous collaboration with different stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationship with all members including ABO leaders to optimize total functioning of training support
- Initiate regular discussion with team members on feedback from participants and head the overall Health & Wellness training experience
- Pursue self-development and learning of all corporate operational guidelines, code of conduct, IP guidelines and global and regional policies.
- Demonstrates basic understanding of the organization’s business, strategy and culture
Requirements:-
- Holding Degree in Marketing/Business related studies
- Min 5 years’ experience in marketing or health & wellness
- Holding Nutrition/Training certification
- Knowledge in Health and Wellness.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive administration, coordination, influencing, delegation and organizational skills
- Strong ability to execute projects and ability to work independently
