Job Description :

  • Manage Nutrition Marketing 4Ps - Product messaging, positioning, pricing strategy, distribution, and promotion.
  • Go-to-market execution of Nutrition & XS launches and initiatives.
  • Manages Nutrilite product portfolio, collaborate with relevant stakeholders on forecasting, inventory management to ensure availability of healthy stocks level.
  • Development of product content and materials that align with brand standards and market needs.
  • Collaborate with Platform team to ensure alignment of product positioning, messaging in solution design.
  • Develop brand and product communication strategies, including content direction and deliverables.
  • Development and execution of marketing promotional activities to drive sales objective.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years marketing experience on related Nutrition field.
  •  Dedicated to aligning with departmental and company goals, working cohesively towards strategic objectives.
  • Proficient in managing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating good time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing issues, presenting rationale for recommendations, and suggesting solutions with confidence.
  • Proficient in delivering engaging presentations and articulate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Exhibits creativity and resourcefulness in solving problems and overcoming challenges, demonstrating an ability to think outside the box.
  • Highly self-driven with a keen understanding of business dynamics, demonstrating integrity and ethical decision-making in all business practices.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of communicating information effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in at least two languages, catering to a diverse consumer base.
  • Nutrition/Traditional Complementary Medicine knowledge/certification will be an added advantage
