What do we need:


A single point of contact to manage production of creative content in support of East based global marketing campaigns and product launches.  This role covers the full breadth of Amway’s brands and products, connecting Amway’s internal brand and creative stakeholders to a variety of creative agency and production resources to execute and deliver content.

You will join a team within Amway global marketing that manages the through line of creative content production from the spark of a new original idea, through creative development, execution, delivery, and distribution to market partners across the globe. 


The work provides an opportunity to engage on projects related to a varied assortment of products in nutrition, skin care, personal care, and beauty.  Our efforts culminate in providing Amway Business Owners (ABOs) with assets that help fuel opportunities to engage customers to meet their health and wellness goals.


What’s special about this role:


Located in our brand-new regional office in Singapore, this is a  exciting, fast paced, and challenging role showcasing your creative project management skills. You will primarily be partnering with our East market based Personal Care and Nutrition brand teams and the east based content team while also ensuring alignment with the global marketing teams. Primary responsibilities include facilitating clear communication and expectations among project stakeholders across multiple concurrent productions in the Asia Pacific region.  Management and tracking of project minutiae like creative briefs, statements of work, schedules, milestones, and adherence to scope are key to your success in this role. 

As a Creative Project Manager, you will readily call upon your previous experience to craft and manage reasonable timelines to produce requested work.  Most importantly, you are ready to step in and negotiate when things go off the rails, navigating unexpected production issues to help develop creative solutions alongside brand and agency teams.  At the end of the day, you take pride in the great creative work you’ve helped produce and the opportunities it inspires.

It’s important to note that this role is embedded within our broader Global Marketing Experience & Engagement team, bringing many opportunities to cross-collaborate on a range of related projects, ensuring that workstreams are not isolated or siloed.


Specifically, you will:


  • Manage the end-to-end creative process
  • Partner with brand managers based in our Korea and China offices to execute brand campaigns and product launches across the globe
  • Manage and cross check deliverables against scope of work
  • Facilitate and consolidate creative feedback
  • Providing leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure that goals are met
  • Align with agency partners and internal stakeholders on project timelines and schedules
  • Recommend and influence project management best practice with all key stakeholders
  • Coordinate project schedules and tasks across multiple time zones.


Required qualifications:

  • 6 years’ experience leading creative productions or from inception to execution related to marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Proven communicator who successfully manages multiple concurrent campaigns and project types supporting a variety of stakeholders in partnership with creative agencies and vendors.
  • BA degree or relevant experience in Advertising, Communications, Media Production, or a related field is desired.
  • Proven experience working across multiple projects, markets and time zones in the APAC region
