Responsibilities:

You will lead a product team for Product Group of Social Innovation & Monetization.  This role works with a high level of autonomy and discretion.  Responsibilities include leading the team’s research and product development efforts as well as implementation and execution of the product strategy group.

This role develops a comprehensive product strategy, maintains the roadmap and backlog, and establishes the key performance indicators (KPI’s) for a specific product group.  In addition, this position develops and presents business cases to senior executives and leads business reviews to ensure that the team prioritizes the right work and delivers the most customer value in the fastest time possible.

This individual manages people which includes responsibility for setting individual and team expectations, delegating assignments and managing performance, identifying talent needs, and coach/developing team members

 Due to the global nature of responsibilities, relationships need to be established and maintained across all operating divisions and global market technology stakeholders to ensure execution effectiveness. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Digital Technologies, or Software Engineering with 10 years of working experience
  • Experience translating business strategy into specific product features
  • Experience working with technology and user experience teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements
  • demonstrated delivery of business results
  • Experience in an agile software environment
  • Experience managing operational and/or project financial budgets
  • collaborating closely with senior leadership
  • Broad-based leadership and business management skills.
  • Strong partnering and teaming skills with both global affiliate counterparts and cross-functional departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplined, high-performance work teams/groups.
