A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Experience Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to join our Marketing team temporarily located in Bella Vista but will move to Chatswood location permanently.  Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role will manage and improve all aspects of the Customer Experience journey with the goal to support a cultural shift towards retailing and grow the customer business category to support the overall strategic plan. Responsible for both Australia and New Zealand Affiliates.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a customer experience strategy aimed to improve the Amway Customer experience across all customer touchpoints
  • Improve and deliver first class services to the customer
  • Support the new Amway Compensation plan and promote a cultural shift to retailing and earning early income
  • Provide high level Customer Experience industry insights and recommendations to the business 
  • Work closely with key internal and external parties to ensure all Customer related communications and retail support business & training materials are produced
  • Develop customer centric content to all communication & business touchpoints


Experience and Skills required:

  • At least 5 years’ experience Customer Strategy/Retail Marketing role or equivalent
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Understanding of digital and social media
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong communication/negotiation skills
  • Ability to take the initiative
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability
