Main Responsibilities
1. Talent Nomination and Succession Planning
- Lead end-to-end Talent Review processes together with Head of Talent & Culture Strategy HRBPs and Head of Departments (ExCom) starting from Top Talent nomination (Hi-Potentials/ Hi-Performers), Critical roles and Succession Plan by complying with company guidelines and within timeline.
- Facilitate discussion among talents and line managers to build concrete Individual Development Plan (IDP) and tracking their progress periodically with HRBPs
- Co-create personalized development plan for talents with training team to strengthen their strengths and improve their areas for development.
- Build concrete Succession Plan both Head of Departments level and one level down.
- Work with HRBPs for any issues regarding these talents.
2. Performance Management Processes (center of communication, summarize and feedback process)
- Lead the company’s Performance Management Cycle and ensure full participation of the market’s employees
- Communication Performance Check-In in order to lead awareness to all employees
- Summarize the results of each Performance Management Cycle
- Report the results to Head of Talent & Culture Strategy, HRBPs and Head of Departments (ExCom)
3. Employee Engagement and Culture Survey processes (extract-analyze-visualize-present-propose actions)
- Administer Employee Engagement and Culture Survey
- Communicate Employee Engagement and Culture Survey in order to gain full participation of respondents
- Summarize the results of each Employee Engagement and Culture Survey Cycle
- Report the results to Head of Talent & Culture Strategy, HRBPs and Head of Departments (ExCom)
4. Culture Activities to embed Amway’s Founders’ Fundamental and Values to all employees.
- Initiate Culture and Engagement activities that are related to building the awareness of Amway’s Founders’ Fundamental and Values
- Lead and arrange Culture and Engagement activities that the improvement of Employee Engagement
5. Reports related to Talent Development metrics and other reports as any.
- Develop and maintain the reports
Qualifications.
- At least 8 years of experience working with leadership team in Organization Development, Training or HRBP roles from FMCG or complex business units.
- Demonstrate proficiency with computer literate and advance Excel and Power Point.
- Demonstrated skill in respectful, sensitive communication with people who are diverse in their cultures, languages and abilities.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to and ability to work and communicate with top - mid-senior management level
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, eager to learn, self-motivated and driven as well as an effective team player.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and high service mind.
- Sharp and clear communication skills with problem-solving mindset.
